Who runs it
Enzo Palombino runs restaurants and bars. This site documents the AI systems he builds for them: what each one solved, how it was built, the numbers, and what broke along the way.
enzobuilds is run by a restaurant and bar operator, not a software company.
Questions and build talk happen in The AI Operator, a free community on Skool.
The rules
- Only verified numbers.
Every number names its source. Anything not re-checked against that source carries an Unverified label.
- No staff names.
People are roles, never names.
- No private financials.
No revenue, payroll, margins, bank or account details.
- Generic names.
Businesses appear as concepts, like "a late-night bar", unless the owner approved the name. SiZo is approved.
- Read-only unless stated.
Builds connect to business systems read-only. If a build can write anything, its page says so in Stack.
How a build page works
A full build page has eight sections, in order: Problem, Stack, Steps, Real numbers, Misfires, Copy-paste template, What's next, Live link or demo. Builds with nothing to copy yet get a shorter page: Problem, What it does, Stack, Real numbers, Misfires, What's next, Live link or demo. Business names are left out unless they're cleared. Misfires from every build are collected on Failures.
